In this range, the hand and experience of the winegrower are essential in order to pay special attention to these organically grown vines, which will ultimately produce an Armagnac of rare purity and exhilarating richness. A return to the roots, to the beginning, when Armagnac vines accepted the vagaries of nature.
TASTING NOTES:
COLOR Straw yellow robe.
NOSE The nose is fruity (candied orange peel, dried apricot, prune, mango), spicy (fine spices, vanilla). Pastry aromas (honey, brioche, almond) are also present. Very fine and delicate nose.
PALATE Fine on the palate, thanks to light, silky tannins. Beautiful roundness on the palate despite its young age. Fruity aromas from the nose reappear, along with spices. Beautiful length on the palate.

The property's boulbènes are closed to the tawny sands of Bas Armagnac and allow the production of rich, complex Armagnac with long ageing potential.
The Doorly's 12 years, an iconic product of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, embodies the art of rum distillation and blending. This exceptional rum is the result of careful twelve-year maturation in the tropics, in barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon and Madeira.
This double distillation, using both pot still and column still, gives this rum unmatched aromatic complexity and finesse.
The auburn hue of this whisky comes directly from its passage through the 228-liter barrels that formerly housed the Pinot Noir from Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.
