TASTIN NOTES

Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice

Finish: Waves of smoke. Fantastic length.

Savanna Intense draws its identity from Reunion’s Creole soul. The result of three centuries of development, its bold bouquet comes into its own when preparing cocktails and macerated rums. Rums refined from sugar cane are the aromatic essence of molasses, or ‘sugar cane honey’ as it is sometimes known: an uncrystallisedmother-liquor produced as a quality by-product of sugar cane pressing.

Ryoma is the perfect mix of Japanese excellence and traditional methods. It is unique and refined with floral and fruity accents.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

This 7-year-old Irish Single Malt whiskey from Glendalough in Wicklow was matured in American Bourbon barrels and finished in Japanese Mizunara barrels from Hokkaido, in the volcanic north of Japan. The Mizunara barrels were custom-made for this project by skilled coopers in Japan. The exceptional combination of Irish whiskey in Japanese wood barrels makes it a very interesting whiskey.
