Produced in the heart of Reunion Island, this traditional old rum is blended from a dozen oak casks of a dozen oak barrels from the Limousin and Allier regions. This union balance between the strength of cellar ageing and the explosion of noble aromas released released after 5 years in casks. To extract all the delicate aromas from elderflower blossoms, the production of Merlet's Efferlet follows a precise process. First, the flowers are infused in hot water; once the tisane is cooled, it is stabilized with fine alcohol. This is followed by blending with fruit infusions (pear and lychee macerated in fine alcohol).

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.
