TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: Upon opening, this rum reveals a bouquet of subtle and complex aromas. Notes of cocoa blend harmoniously with hints of citrus and dried fruits. Delicate nuances of smoke and spices enrich this olfactory experience.
PALATE: The attack is lively and energetic, revealing a superb aromatic structure. Toasted cereal flavors give way to more indulgent aromas of stewed fruits, complemented by sweet spices, characteristic of the great old HSE rums. The balance between the character of the agricultural rum and the softness brought by the whisky cask is perfectly mastered.
FINISH: Persistent and elegant, the finish ends with fruity and slightly spicy notes, offering a rich and memorable signature.
