Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Our single malt is the perfect mix of nature and nurture and we believe in quality above all else.

Miracielo is produced by hand using the original La Antigua Guatemala recipe from 1953, in small batches.
During the ageing process, fresh plums, sultanas and vanilla are added by hand, macerating and giving it its unique aromatic profile. Symbolising its artisanal, hand-made profile, the leather collar that adorns its neck is also handmade.

Le Miracielo Cafetalero is a true masterpiece for rum enthusiasts, blending tradition and innovation.
Created from a refined blend of rums aged 3 to 10 years, it is aged in lightly toasted American whiskey barrels, where it acquires a unique depth of flavors.
Enriched by a maceration with vanilla, plums, and raisins, it reveals the full richness of its aromas during tasting.
Presented in a luxurious bottle adorned with a handmade leather collar, this rum embodies the pinnacle of elegance and craftsmanship.

Belgian Owl 10Y is a single malt that embodies Belgian artisanal expertise in all its splendor. Crafted in the Hesbaye region from sustainably grown local barley, this whisky offers a unique sensory experience, characterized by its freshness, minerality, and fascinating aromatic complexity. Carefully aged for 10 years in first-fill Bourbon casks, this non-chill-filtered and colorant-free whisky reveals the pure authenticity of a unique terroir.

This limited edition - Last Casks - is a popular blend that was last produced in 1998, including light rum that was made using the Tri-Canada redistillation still, which has since been decommissioned. It was blended and aged with rums from the Port Mourant double wooden still and the Enmore wooden Coffey still. This rum was masterfully crafted by master distiller George Robinson and aged for 24 years in the company’s barrel warehouse in Guyana.

A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.
