Nose
Delicate and smooth, elderflower, malty, butterscotch, salty hint.

Cihuatan 12 Years Cinabrio is an exceptional rum from El Salvador, carefully crafted from cane syrup and molasses.
Its name, "Cinabrio," is inspired by cinnabar, a red mineral used by the Mayans to honor their sun god, Kinich Ahau.
This rum has aged for at least 12 years in the cellars of Licorera Cihuatan, in American oak barrels that previously contained bourbon.
The rich history and artisanal production method of this rum make it a true celebration of Mayan culture and Salvadoran craftsmanship.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Stewed plums and poached pears with a hint of Christmas spices.

PALATE Very rich and mouth-coating, with layers of flavour. Opening with initial plum fruitiness and a caramel sweetness married with figs and dates and a touch of nuttiness.

FINISH Full bodied with an explosion of banana bread and a lingering hint of spice.

Sortilège Wild Blueberry is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup to which the delicious flavours of the famous wild blueberries from Lac Saint-Jean have been added. The result is a liqueur of remarkable finesse, both fruity and slightly sweet. It is enjoyed chilled, on the rocks, and its richness also lends flavour to coffee and cocktails. Sortilège is crafted from an original recipe by the descendants of the first settlers of Quebec, who brought New World whisky-making techniques and added a local native ingredient, maple syrup, to create an entirely unique new spirit.
