The Finlaggan Sherry Finished is an iconic peated single malt, distilled on the legendary island of Islay. This whisky stands out for its double maturation: first aged in traditional casks, it gains additional depth through a sherry cask finish. This subtle marriage between the strength of peat and the sweetness of sherry offers a unique tasting experience, rich in contrasts and complexity. With its 46% alcohol content, this whisky is non-chill filtered, preserving the full intensity of its aromas and flavors. L'Absinthe Verte NV is a modern absinthe that draws inspiration from traditional French recipes while adding a touch of contemporary boldness.
Created by George Rowley in 2008, this absinthe takes its inspiration from research conducted at the Schimmel Library, the oldest herbalist library in Europe.
While the classic absinthe ingredients, such as grand wormwood, fennel, and star anise, are well represented, more innovative elements like natural vanilla from Madagascar and cocoa beans add a unique sweetness and complexity. The name "Envy" (NV) evokes feelings of passion, desire, and admiration—a drink so desired it stirs envy in those who have yet to taste it.

The Doorly's 12 years, an iconic product of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, embodies the art of rum distillation and blending. This exceptional rum is the result of careful twelve-year maturation in the tropics, in barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon and Madeira.
This double distillation, using both pot still and column still, gives this rum unmatched aromatic complexity and finesse.

Matured for 15 years, this is our most balanced and smooth single malt. Balancing two different sides of the flavour spectrum, this single malt marries these perfectly, whilst also reflecting our coastal home and its unwavering influence. On one hand, this is an intense single malt, yet at the same time, it is truly balanced. Spice and sweetness unite in this naturally rich amber whisky to celebrate rich flavours, yet lighter, more refreshing coastal notes show another side of this single malt.

The Sherrywood Penderyn in this bottle has been aged in old bourbon casks and old Oloroso sherry casks to bring out the full richness of its fruity flavor.
