The Lossit Classic is a whisky revisited by The Lost Distillery Company. This brand is dedicated to recreating the flavor profiles of Scotland's lost distilleries, and Lossit is one of its jewels. At its peak, Lossit was one of the most productive distilleries on Islay, surpassing even legends such as Lagavulin or Bowmore. This whisky offers an authentic experience, blending Islay's history with a contemporary tasting marked by notes of peat, pear, pepper, and almond, with a silky and delicately smoky finish.

TASTING NOTESCOLOUR Light amber.NOSE Florals and juniper with a bit of honey.PALATE Crisp — in between a whiskey and a Gin — with vanilla and caramel peaking through the juniper notes. FINISH Long and full of wood spice and nutmeg.

AnCnoc is a rather curious whisky. This fine single malt is created using traditional production methods. A smoky, peated, ex-bourbon cask, single malt from mainland Australia’s oldest whisky distillery. Founded in 1999, Bakery Hill Distillery is run by ex-High School chemistry teacher David and his son Andrew. Family run, small batch, with a focus on quality over quantity. It was established to prove a point - that great single malt whiskies could be made outside of Scotland, and specifically in Australia. Bakery Hill buck the trend of many wine-cask driven Australian whiskies, favouring predominantly ex-bourbon barrels.
These allow for a longer maturation, without the spirit becoming overwhelmed by the hot temperatures and cask influence.

Aromas of panettone and candied lime lead, while flavours of white chocolate, lemon truffles and hazelnut balance perfectly on the palate. Sweet citrus returns on the finish with blood orange accompanied by notes of toasted oak.

Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Our single malt is the perfect mix of nature and nurture and we believe in quality above all else.
