Tomatin Portuguese Trio Port

Each striving to better the last, Batch 10 is a true illustration of the artistry and expertise that creates every drop of our liquid gold. To deliver our classically Sherried profile, Billy hand-selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks to be married with spirit maturing in red wine barriques and medium toast/medium char American virgin oak barrels. The result is a well-balanced, yet complex malt with distinctive notes of dark fruits and layers of warming sweet spice.

Celt is a single malt whisky finished in ex-peated quarter casks, bottled at 40% abv.

TASTIN NOTES

Nose: Pungent peaty smoke. Phenolic with a little coastal breeze.

Palate: Lovely sweet peatiness. Some iodine and sea salt balance with vanilla notes and some spice

Finish: Waves of smoke. Fantastic length.

This deliciously fruity whisky enjoyed initial maturation in premium American oak ex-Bourbon barrels for over 8 years. Adding further complexity, the spirit was then transferred into specially elected Moscatel casks for a finishing period of over 42 months. A particularly aromatic dessert wine produced in Portugal, these Moscatel barriques offer up floral aromas, coupled with a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Delivering distinctive notes of tart fruit and rich toffee, this bronzed malt is one to be savoured.

Issuing from a meticulous selection of Caribbean rums, Gun’s Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux following a traditional artisanal method. It then undergoes a 4 to 6-month aging process in oak barrels (depending on the weather) to develop woody notes, vanilla, dried nuts, roasted almonds, and smoky accents. Gun’s Bell reveals powerful and indulgent aromas, releasing an incomparable flow of flavors with both fruity and smoky notes.

Made from a blend of rums from Jamaica sourced from two different distilleries (Clarendon & Worthy Park), this blend highlights Pot Still rums, so representative of the Jamaican style. It is bottled at 57%, a tribute to the Royal British Navy. Only spirits with a minimum level of 57% were allowed on board their ships.

YAMAZAKURA: Literally "Cherry Blossom of the Mountains," it embodies the quintessence of Japan's natural beauty and ancestral craftsmanship. This blend results from the harmonious combination of four whiskies carefully aged in bourbon casks. Its profile delights with a delicate softness on the nose, a light and silky palate, and a delightfully rounded finish. A true invitation to discover the art of Japanese whisky in all its splendor. The set includes a 50cl bottle and 6 reusable stone ice cubes. These natural stones, ideal for cooling your whisky without dilution, add an ecological and refined touch to the tasting experience.

The Bladnoch 14 Year Old is aged exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks.
