TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Upon opening, the nose is filled with indulgent aromas of butter caramel and dried orange zest. A subtle sweetness that blends perfectly with the salty nuances characteristic of Palo Cortado sherry.
PALATE: The attack on the palate is marked by a creaminess reminiscent of milk chocolate, enriched by the crunch of Brazil nuts. Complexity unfolds with flavors of lightly toasted fruit bread, offering a texture that is both rich and balanced.

Don Papa Baroko rum is distilled from locally produced molasses, on the island of Negros. It is then aged for several years in American oak barrels, then blended by the cellar master to ensure consistency over the years. to ensure consistency over the years.
Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.
The concluding installment in the "Five Virtues series" is dedicated to Water, paying homage to the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—integral in crafting the whisky. This edition is a tribute to Tomatin's exclusive spring, the Alt-na-Frith Burn, a constant water source.
