Each striving to better the last, Batch 10 is a true illustration of the artistry and expertise that creates every drop of our liquid gold. To deliver our classically Sherried profile, Billy hand-selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks to be married with spirit maturing in red wine barriques and medium toast/medium char American virgin oak barrels. The result is a well-balanced, yet complex malt with distinctive notes of dark fruits and layers of warming sweet spice.

A full-bodied whisky, matured in Oloroso casks, which gives it a warm and sweet sherry flavour.

This limited edition pays homage to the modern culture of sherry, particularly through the distinctive influence of Manzanilla casks.
Distilled in 2014 and aged for 10 years, this whisky embodies the essence of sherry cask maturation, with a final finishing period of 2 years in Manzanilla casks.
The result is a rich and complex spirit, perfectly blending the centuries-old traditions of Scottish whisky with the delicate and saline notes of fortified Spanish wine.

A NATURAL GENEROSITY"

All the ingredients coming into the composition of GENEROUS are natural: Juniper, Citrus, Mandarin, Red Pepper, Jasmin & Elder Flower.

The Tomatin 14 Year Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

A Highland Single Malt, McWarrior, a determined fighter and adventurer imaged by Charles Edward Stuart, the last of the Scottish Dynastic Princes of Scotland, the grandson of Marie Stuart, who fought a revolution in 1745, to claim back the crown of Scotland and of England. Simon Laurie, is one of the best current Scottish Artists from the Glasgow School of Art, a big supporter of Scottish culture and values. Scotch whisky amongst them, but also wine from the old country and Scottish historical ally, France. One will find all of these attributes in his art.
