TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Upon opening, the nose is filled with indulgent aromas of butter caramel and dried orange zest. A subtle sweetness that blends perfectly with the salty nuances characteristic of Palo Cortado sherry.
PALATE: The attack on the palate is marked by a creaminess reminiscent of milk chocolate, enriched by the crunch of Brazil nuts. Complexity unfolds with flavors of lightly toasted fruit bread, offering a texture that is both rich and balanced.
FINISH: The finish lives up to expectations, long and spicy, where black tea combines with the spicy warmth of ginger root. A subtle balance between bitter and sweet notes that pleasantly lingers on the palate.
