The Tomatin distillery presents a remarkable edition of its Sherry collection, highlighting the unique influence of Palo Cortado casks on its 15-year-old Single Malt. The name “Cinabrio” was inspired by the color red, which was crafted by the ancient Maya using the mineral Cinabrio (cinnabar). Red was the symbol of Kinich Ahau, the Mayan god of the sun.
A 12-year-old rum from El Paisnal, El Salvador, aged in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels, boasts a 40% Alc./Vol. strength in a 70 cl bottle.

A golden color with beautiful amber nuances. The nose offers notes of orange zest and sharp candy with flora gint. On the palate, flavours of candied orange peel and marmalade mingle, then the tangy note returns in force to give us a long, delicate finish.

Etsu Double Orange has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as orange zest, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica and coriander. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh mountain spring water added, giving this gin its fresh taste

Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin offers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from fragrant, wild rock samphire. Named in honour of the world-class Salmon fishing found on the superbly clean waters of the River Spey, Bradan Orach, Gaelic for ‘Golden Salmon’ is a gloriously bright single malt scotch whisky that will delight and excite from the first sip to finish. Matured in American White Oak ex-bourbon casks that lend a subtle vanilla flavour to the dram.
