TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: A generous and complex nose with aromas of citrus zest, peach, apple, accompanied by subtle notes of dill and quince. The fruity aromas dominate with a distinct presence of baked pear and pineapple, enhanced by a touch of black pepper.
PALATE: A fruity and slightly sweet attack that evolves from fresh pear to a honeyed note of cooked fruits. The palate is enriched by tingling cinnamon and a menthol freshness of green mint, offering remarkable depth and balance.
FINISH: A medium-long finish that remains fruity and spicy, leaving a warm and satisfying sensation on the palate.
