Swiss Blended Gin was the first nginious! creation; it is very fresh and well-balanced, full of character and contains a herbal note. The 18 botanicals can be clearly smelled and tasted. It comes with great complexity and seems very soft and harmonic even when drunk pure, despite its 45 % vol. Whereas most gins lose their aromas when tonic is added, tonic water opens up the nginious! Swiss Blended Gin, showing its power.

To make this extraordinary gin, Glendalough forage wild botanicals in the Wicklow mountains all year round. Geraldine Kavanagh, our full time forager, brings the wild, fresh botanicals to the distillery within hours of foraging where small-batch slow-distillation is used to tease out the delicate botanical flavours. Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin serves the taste of 'a year in every bottle' and perfectly captures a place in time, with four seasons of foraging in wild Wicklow encapsulated in each bottle.

Glendalough Peated Pot Still is a bold fusion between Irish whiskey tradition and innovation, redefining the Pot Still style. It is made from malted and unmalted barley, distilled in traditional copper pot stills, and aged for over seven years. The introduction of peated malt, smoked during drying, adds a bold twist, blending delicate smoke with the characteristic spices and creamy texture of Pot Still whiskey. Crafted and bottled at 46% ABV, it begins its maturation in ex-bourbon American oak casks. It then spends an additional four years in virgin oak casks. This long aging process imparts notes of toasted oak, rich vanilla, and warm spices, perfectly balanced by a subtle peated smoke. A very special edition, available for a limited time only.
