Inspired by the Old Pulteney 1989, Huddart is matured in American oak exbourbon barrels, before being finished in ex-peated malt casks.

Produced in the heart of the Tottori region, in western Japan, the San-In Blended Whisky is a creation of the Kurayoshi distillery. Its soft and smooth character is explained by the use of pure spring water from Mount Daisen, renowned for the quality of its natural resources. Villa Lobos® Blanco 55% is an exceptional tequila, embodying the passionate collaboration between two legendary figures in the world of tequila: Carlos Camarena and Dale Sklar. Crafted with agaves harvested from Camarena's family plantations in Los Altos de Jalisco, this tequila is a tribute to traditional craftsmanship. The selection of the ripest and sweetest agaves, combined with meticulous distillation in copper stills, ensures a spirit that is both complex and harmonious. Rested in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, this Blanco tequila reaches the pinnacle of its purity and potency, bottled at 55%, the maximum allowed by the Tequila Regulatory Council. The casks numbered 49541 and 49542 have been gracefully resting in warehouse 6 since they were filled on September 21, 1978, gently and slowly maturing the precious spirit they contain. After thirty years, the spirit was transferred into the finest Spanish first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks and was aged for an additional decade under the careful and enduring care of Tomatin distillery's custodians.

Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.
