Hee Joy Single Cask Jamaica XO 2008
HEE JOY JAMAICA 2008 celebrates the magnificent terroir of Jamaica. This exceptional rum comes from a long fermentation and is entirely distilled in pot stills. It is then aged in bourbon casks for 10 years, reduced, and bottled in our cellars in Chevanceaux, in the Cognac region. A remarkable signature of the greatest Jamaican rum masters, enhanced by the expertise of Hedonits Spirits.
TASTING NOTES :
COLOR : brown with slight golden reflections.
NOSE : revealing its country of origin, showcasing flambéed banana along with notes of sap and wood.
PALATE : soft and juicy attack, giving way to a warm woodiness.
FINISH : candied fruits, a tropical sweetness!

El Dorado 12Y
A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.
