HEE JOY JAMAICA 2008 celebrates the magnificent terroir of Jamaica. This exceptional rum comes from a long fermentation and is entirely distilled in pot stills. It is then aged in bourbon casks for 10 years, reduced, and bottled in our cellars in Chevanceaux, in the Cognac region. A remarkable signature of the greatest Jamaican rum masters, enhanced by the expertise of Hedonits Spirits.
TASTING NOTES :
COLOR : brown with slight golden reflections.
NOSE : revealing its country of origin, showcasing flambéed banana along with notes of sap and wood.
PALATE : soft and juicy attack, giving way to a warm woodiness.
FINISH : candied fruits, a tropical sweetness!

The Matsui Sakura Single Cask 48%
Japanese single malt whisky matured in a single Sakura cask, known for its quality. Combined with a malt aroma and the bitter taste of an unblended whisky, delicately soft and crisp notes of cherry also come through across the palate. The whisky is matured in Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment where the temperature changes considerably from one season to the next. The whisky is subtly finished with high-quality natural spring water from Mount Daisen.
