HEE JOY JAMAICA 2008 celebrates the magnificent terroir of Jamaica. This exceptional rum comes from a long fermentation and is entirely distilled in pot stills. It is then aged in bourbon casks for 10 years, reduced, and bottled in our cellars in Chevanceaux, in the Cognac region. A remarkable signature of the greatest Jamaican rum masters, enhanced by the expertise of Hedonits Spirits.
TASTING NOTES :
COLOR : brown with slight golden reflections.
NOSE : revealing its country of origin, showcasing flambéed banana along with notes of sap and wood.
PALATE : soft and juicy attack, giving way to a warm woodiness.
FINISH : candied fruits, a tropical sweetness!

The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin.
