Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.

The Longueteau L'Hommage Rum embodies a vibrant tribute to family heritage and artisanal expertise. Designed as a homage to cellar master François Longueteau's grandmother Louisette, this aged agricultural rum draws its inspiration from memories of cooking and warm family moments. Part of the "Souvenir" collection, it emotionally celebrates the evocative aromas of caramel, flambéed fruits, and noble wood, characteristic of the Longueteau distillery, founded in 1890 in Guadeloupe.

Simple and delicious, this preparation blends the fruity and acidic aromas of passion fruit with the floral notes of hibiscus in a perfect balance. A real favourite!

The Rum Coloma 6Y "Alegria" is a true invitation to joy, as its name suggests. This unique Colombian cuvée perfectly showcases the expertise of the Coloma brand, which was once specialized in coffee before distinguishing itself with refined rums. Aged for six years in bourbon casks, this rum then undergoes a singular finishing process in ex-casks of organic mocha coffee liqueur, granting it an unprecedented aromatic palette where indulgence and elegance intertwine. A profile that will appeal to both rum enthusiasts and coffee lovers, thanks to a beautiful complexity of roasted, vanilla, and spicy notes.

Karakoli, an aged rum from the Baie des Trésors collection, draws its distinctive character from the dry plots of Spoutourne, located at the tip of the Caravelle peninsula in Martinique. These lands, scarcely exposed to tropical rains, offer ideal conditions for growing cane that is concentrated in aroma and intensity. This very scarcity of water gives Karakoli its unique aromatic richness and structure, highlighting the power of an arid terroir. The 2020 vintage of Karakoli benefited from aging in American oak barrels, a method that enhances round, lightly vanilla notes while preserving the wild and robust soul of the cane.
