Cihuatan 12 Years Cinabrio is an exceptional rum from El Salvador, carefully crafted from cane syrup and molasses.
Its name, "Cinabrio," is inspired by cinnabar, a red mineral used by the Mayans to honor their sun god, Kinich Ahau.
This rum has aged for at least 12 years in the cellars of Licorera Cihuatan, in American oak barrels that previously contained bourbon.

Santa Ana Florale is a captivating expression of 11 exquisite botanicals, with the iconic Ylang-Ylang flower at its heart. The original Santa Ana liquid has been enriched to better satisfy gin & tonic lovers, with more juniper and dalandan, a Filipino citrus fruit, while retaining its Ylang-Ylang notes. Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. This super-premium rum, crafted with care, combines artisanal expertise with a rich history of rituals and legends. This rum is the result of an exceptional aging and finishing process. Aged for 3 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then refined for 6 months in Rioja barrels toasted at high temperatures and an additional 3 months in intensely charred Islay whisky oak barrels, this rum reveals a complexity that surprises and delights. With its peated notes (a first in the Don Papa universe) and its rich, indulgent bouquet, it invites discerning connoisseurs to a unique and intriguing experience.
