Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Bourbon Cask Matured – Peated – Artist: Murray Robertson « Mapping Scotia » A single malt from the Highlands with peat and embers from the sea and land, the spirit of Scotland’s landscape from the Highlands and Islands. Don Papa Gayuma, which means "love potion" in Tagalog, is a unique cuvée that pays tribute to the traditions of the shamans of Negros Island, in the Philippines. This carefully crafted super-premium rum marries artisanal expertise with a history rich in rituals and legends. This rum is the result of an exceptional aging and finishing process. Aged for 3 years in ex-Bourbon American oak casks, then finished for 6 months in high-heat toasted Rioja casks and an additional 3 months in intensely toasted Islay whisky oak casks, this rum unfolds a complexity that surprises and seduces. With its peaty notes (a first in the Don Papa universe) and its rich, gourmet bouquet, it invites enlightened enthusiasts to a unique and intriguing experience.

Porto Ramos Pinto, produced in the heart of the Douro wine region in Portugal, embodies the excellence and tradition of Port wines.
Crafted at Quinta do Bom Retiro, this special category port (LBV and Vintage) still uses ancestral methods of grape treading in traditional lagares.
These techniques allow for optimal extraction of aromas while preserving the integrity of the grapes.
After vinification, the wines are transferred to the historic cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia for careful aging, giving them depth and complexity.

Santa Ana Florale is a seductive expression of 11 exquisite botanicals, with the iconic Ylang-Ylang flower at its heart. The original Santa Ana liquid has been enhanced to better satisfy gin & tonic lovers, with more pronounced notes of juniper and dalandan, a Filipino citrus fruit, all while preserving the Ylang-Ylang character. The result is a bold and voluptuous floral bouquet with every sip.

Cihuatan 12 Years Cinabrio is an exceptional rum from El Salvador, carefully crafted from cane syrup and molasses.
Its name, "Cinabrio," is inspired by cinnabar, a red mineral used by the Mayans to honor their sun god, Kinich Ahau.
This rum has aged for at least 12 years in the cellars of Licorera Cihuatan, in American oak barrels that previously contained bourbon.
The rich history and artisanal production method of this rum make it a true celebration of Mayan culture and Salvadoran craftsmanship.

NAGA SIAM Edition, through its long maturation in wood, develops complex woody aromas, blending sandalwood and roasted scents. This is followed by notes of nuts and caramel. The rum has a smooth and rounded structure, characteristic of NAGA rums. Roasted flavors emerge and support the elegant notes of nuts, vanilla, and tobacco. The finish is long, with the whole experience enhanced by very elegant woodiness.

Aged in 1st-fill ex-bourbon casks, then for a time in 500-litre Spanish Sherry casks, which give it its hazelnut-brown color.
