Aged for 17 years, including the last 8 years in Palo Cortado sherry casks, this whisky offers a rich and deep sensory experience. The Finlaggan Sherry Finished is an iconic peated single malt, distilled on the legendary island of Islay. This whisky stands out for its double maturation: first aged in traditional casks, it gains additional depth through a sherry cask finish. This subtle marriage between the strength of peat and the sweetness of sherry offers a unique tasting experience, rich in contrasts and complexity. With its 46% alcohol content, this whisky is non-chill filtered, preserving the full intensity of its aromas and flavors. This single malt is produced in small batches, making each bottle a prized rarity for discerning enthusiasts.

This Grand Assemblage is the perfect example of magnificent balance that one finds in eaux de vie of this age.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). The whisky comes from an undisclosed distillery on Islay - it's a closely guarded secret as to which one...

Etsu Double Orange has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as orange zest, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica and coriander. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh mountain spring water added, giving this gin its fresh taste

Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.
