The Tomatin 2006 17 Year Old Sherry – The Pedro Ximénez Edition is a true celebration of the marriage between a high-quality Scottish single malt and the captivating influence of Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Aged for 17 years, including the last 8 years in Palo Cortado sherry casks, this whisky offers a rich and deep sensory experience. Created as part of Tomatin's Sherry collection, this edition captures the sweet and fruity essence of the finest Spanish sherries.

The Tomatin 14 Year Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

The Calvados Réserve is aged for 3 years in oak barrels with 25% new barrels.

Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.

This Pineau des Charentes is best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, between 9 and 10 degrees, in a tulip glass to enhance its colour and bouquet. It goes very well with foie gras, cheeses, and chocolate desserts.

After 10 years in contact with the oak, Armagnac starts to take on the aromas of ageing.

Finlaggan Old Reserve is a peated single malt whisky from an undisclosed distillery on Islay. Bottled by Vintage Malt, it is a whisky with saline and smoky notes.
