Nestled on the lush heights overlooking the Caravelle Peninsula, Baie Des Trésors Fruits Des Pluies rum captures the essence of the Dufferet parcels.
This unique terroir benefited from a beneficial rainfall despite a particularly dry year in 2021, infusing this rum with a warm character and rich exotic flavors.
The 2021 vintage stands out with more pronounced floral tones, adding an extra dimension to this already complex rum.

YuGin: a simple yet complex spirit, made from natural ingredients, with freshness and subtlety. Made in France, it draws its inspiration from Japanese traditions and heritage.

ORANGE COGNAC LIQUOR, A golden color with beautiful amber nuances. The nose offers notes of orange zest and sharp candy with flora gint. On the palate, flavours of candied orange peel and marmalade mingle, then the tangy note returns in force to give us a long, delicate finish.

Au double vieillissement en fûts de teck et de chêne americain (ex bourbons) s’ajoute une annee de vieillissement supplementaire en fûts de merisier qui apporte des arômes de miel et de griottes.

Inspired by the Old Pulteney 1989, Huddart is matured in American oak exbourbon barrels, before being finished in ex-peated malt casks.

Black cane is part of the DNA of Bologna, a variety forgotten by distillers.

The Old Black Cane cuvée has been aged for 3 to 6 years.
