The distillery, located in district 9, is the first artisan distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe, and each batch is hand-distilled by the master distiller using only the finest ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. This extraordinary gin contains "fresh Buddha hand" and "lotus flower" infused in steam. Twelve distinct local herbs combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh, vibrant taste, inspired by the city where it is distilled.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

The Wild North is a blend of 5-, 7- and 11-year-old whiskies aged in Montreal, partly in American bourbon casks and partly in French oak.

Sherry Casks Finish: an exclusive premium limited edition rum distilled on the island of Negros in the Philippines. The island, located on Mount Kanlaon. Don Papa Sherry Casks Finish is a molasses-based rum distilled by column, first aged for four years in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels, followed by 18 months in four different types of Sherry casks: Fino, Pedro Ximenez, Cream and Palo Cortado. The rums from these four casks are then carefully blended by the "Don Papa Master Blender" to produce a unique limited edition rum, unfiltered and bottled at 45% to further enhance its distinctive taste.
