ABK6 Grande Champagne VS

The clever chaps behind nginious! Gin have created a Smoked & Salted variation of their excellent Swiss gin. This features juniper, bitter oranges, quinces, ginger and coriander, as well as cold-smoked chestnuts (which were smoked for 40 hours) and a rare smoked stone salt.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters, with a finish in XO barrels.

Sao Can 14 Reserva Original represents a Cuban Protected Designation of Origin with an appealing dark amber hue. It results from a blend of carefully aged reserves, offering a rich olfactory experience with fruity aromas. On the palate, this rum stands out for its roundness and delightful fruity profile. A 14-year-old reserve.

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water from the mountain and seawater from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle.

This blend with very little wood influence, displays a predominance of fruity aromas.

Santa Ana Florale is a captivating expression of 11 exquisite botanicals, with the iconic Ylang-Ylang flower at its heart. The original Santa Ana liquid has been enriched to better satisfy gin & tonic lovers, with more juniper and dalandan, a Filipino citrus fruit, while retaining its Ylang-Ylang notes. The result is a bold and voluptuous floral bouquet with every sip.
