Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is created in tribute to the mighty buffalo and the rugged, independent and free spirit of the pioneers who followed them.
Made from the finest corn, rye, and barley malt, Buffalo Trace bourbon ages in new oak barrels for years in century old warehouses until the peak of maturity.
The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.

This 7-year-old Irish Single Malt whiskey from Glendalough in Wicklow was matured in American Bourbon barrels and finished in Japanese Mizunara barrels from Hokkaido, in the volcanic north of Japan. The Mizunara barrels were custom-made for this project by skilled coopers in Japan. The exceptional combination of Irish whiskey in Japanese wood barrels makes it a very interesting whiskey.
To blend this special batch, Francis Abécassis and Frédéric David the Cellar Master, have selected eaux-de-vie renowned for their rich aromas, aged in the estate’s oldest casks. Each sip of this precious cognac reveals harmonious and powerful flavours, symbolised by the strength of the dragon.
Sortilège Crème d'érable combines Canadian whisky with delicious Quebec maple syrup and a hint of cream for a pleasant touch of sweetness and an exquisite blend of flavours.
Grappa made from a single grape variety with a fine and elegant aroma and an intense, dry flavor. It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 225-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.
