Boompjes Korenwijn is aged in casks for 4 years. This genever is made with 60% malt wine, the key ingredient of any genever. It is made with rye, malt, and corn for extra flavor! The law stipulates that Korenwijn must contain a minimum of 51% malt wine. Here it is at 60%, providing a strong dose of malt action to work in cocktails or simply mixed drinks.
