This dry vermouth continues to captivate bartenders and mixologists worldwide thanks to its subtle balance and aromatic richness. Lightly sweetened and slightly golden, it reveals a complex olfactory palette where notes of citrus, almond, and mountain plants harmonize beautifully with a slightly bitter base.

Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Our single malt is the perfect mix of nature and nurture and we believe in quality above all else.

Merlet C² Cassis & Cognac combines the expertise of the Merlet family as both liqueur makers and distillers, while revisiting an old French countryside digestif, the Mêlécasse (a blend of brandy and blackcurrant cream). C² Cassis is the blend of homemade natural blackcurrant infusions with cognacs from the distillery.

The Tomatin 18 Year Old is a truly world class malt.
Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrusbite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish.
