KOVAL Dry Gin is made with a unique variety of woodland spices. Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the taste is dry—yet vibrant. The round, floral body is clean and nuanced by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white pepper. This dry gin is crisp enough to enjoy straight and excellent in cocktails both classic and contemporary.
Merlet’s Soeur Cerise reinvents a great classic, Cherry Brandy. The Merlets source different varieties of cherries, including Morellos, for their wide aromatic range. This liqueur is produced using various traditional methods. The cherries are first soaked in pure alcohol to extract all their flavours, then pressed and filtered.
Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. This mezcal offers the perfect balance of flavours from four wild agave distillations: Cirial, Tobalá, Tobasiche and Lumbre. The agave Cirial creates a spiciness and a mineral element, while the Tobalá adds a thick body and sweetness. Lumbre and Tobasiche give depth and herbal characteristics. The Longueteau 50° agricultural white rum is made from two varieties of sugarcane, the "blue" cane and the "red" cane. These varieties have been selected and are recognized for their aromatic intensity. Of superior quality, this rum stands out for the finesse of its aromas. It is best enjoyed in a ti-punch.
