TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: The nose is smooth and deep, opening with notes of honey, moist tobacco, cumin, and curry. Hints of tropical fruits, saffron, plum, and tarragon enrich this aromatic palette.
PALATE : On the palate, this cachaça reveals itself as light and silky. Honey envelops spices and fresh herbs, accompanied by an increasingly present floral sweetness. The stone fruit aromas and peppery notes add a rich and complex dimension.
FINISH : The finish is long and slightly bitter, marked by roasted spices and notes of mirabelle plum. An aromatic persistence that leaves a pleasant and refined memory.
