The Saint-Etienne Vieux VO 2012 rum is a refined expression of the craftsmanship of the Habitation Saint-Etienne distillery, located in the heart of Martinique.
Aged for over 3 years in oak barrels under the AOC Martinique designation, this aged rum develops complex and enticing aromas, the result of an exceptional terroir and ancestral know-how.
With each sip, it reveals delicate nuances of brandied cherries, roasted coffee beans, and brown sugar, making it an exceptional cuvée for elite spirits enthusiasts.

A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.

Génépi liqueur 1821 is one of Dolin’s flagship products. This famous plant, emblematic of the Alps, grows above 1800 meters in altitude, among rocks and snowfields. Based on an original recipe written 200 years ago, our liqueur combines floral and herbal flavors with the elegant character of a premium spirit. Each striving to better the last, Batch 10 is a true illustration of the artistry and expertise that creates every drop of our liquid gold. To deliver our classically Sherried profile, Billy hand-selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks to be married with spirit maturing in red wine barriques and medium toast/medium char American virgin oak barrels. The result is a well-balanced, yet complex malt with distinctive notes of dark fruits and layers of warming sweet spice.

This is so well illustrated by the beautiful painting of my second cousin, the famous Scottish Artist, Archibald Dunbar McIntosh, who reveals in his painting all the warmth of the Scottish landscape and unique changing contours.

Old Pulteney Flotilla 2012 is a Highlands whisky aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks. Over the years, the casks have gently absorbed all the sea breeze from the North of Scotland, giving the whisky its sweet and complex flavors and its coastal characteristics. It is not surprising that Old Pulteney is known as the "maritime malt".
