TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Upon opening, an explosion of fresh lime aromas captures attention. This citrus profile is enhanced by vegetal nuances reminiscent of Creole lime leaf and the freshness of sugarcane juice. A vibrant and refined introduction.
PALATE: The attack is marked by great freshness and a balance between the fruity sweetness of red cane and the subtle acidity of blue cane. Peppery notes structure the palate, bringing controlled complexity.
