The original Santa Ana liquid has been enriched to better satisfy gin & tonic lovers, with more juniper and dalandan, a Filipino citrus fruit, while retaining its Ylang-Ylang notes. The sugar cane is chopped and crushed for the cane juice. Sèrum Wet Vintage is distilled from freshly concentrated cane juice to produce a fine aroma of sugar cane and fruits.
