After aging for 8 years in oak barrels, this rum undergoes a double finishing process: first in barrels that previously held a coffee liqueur, then in barrels infused with the deep aromas of roasted coffee. This distinctive maturation imparts Coloma Coffee Smoked with a captivating complexity, where vanilla sweetness, caramelized indulgence, and intense smoky mocha notes intertwine. Rum Cañero Sherry Cream Cask Finish is produced following the centenary recipes from the Dominican rums that the laureate General Máximo Gómez used to relish during his campaigns in the independency war of Cuba merged with the exclusivity double aged system of these rums with Sherry barrels which provides to CAÑERO a unique sweetness and complexity.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.
