HEE JOY JAMAICA 2008 celebrates the magnificent terroir of Jamaica. This exceptional rum comes from a long fermentation and is entirely distilled in pot stills. It is then aged in bourbon casks for 10 years, reduced, and bottled in our cellars in Chevanceaux, in the Cognac region. A remarkable signature of the greatest Jamaican rum masters, enhanced by the expertise of Hedonits Spirits.

The Tullibardine Sovereign is a Scottish single malt crafted in the Highlands region, renowned for its expertise and the purity of its water. Aged in first-fill bourbon casks, this whisky reveals an aromatic richness combining sweetness and complexity. With its floral notes, creamy chocolate, and subtle hints of vanilla, it will appeal to lovers of elegant and well-balanced whiskies. AnCnoc is a rather curious whisky. This fine single malt is created using traditional production methods. A blend of some of the finest Islay and Speyside peated malts combined with richer, older GlenAllachie, the Lum Reek 21 years old, voted Worlds Best Blended Malt 2020, was aged in Oloroso, Virgin Oak and Red Wine casks. Non chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at 48% ABV, Billy Walker has recreated the peated whiskies of 100 years ago for the modern-day palate.

The Bladnoch 14 Year Old is aged exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks.

The Pineau des Charentes is the result of blending Cognac eau-de-vie with fresh grape juice. This process is an ancestral tradition of the region, and this expertise allows for the creation of a unique and high-quality product that promises a taste of the Charentais sunshine. The rich honey flavour adds a sweetness to the flavour profile, the wonderful hand-picked calamansi lime contributes distinctive citrus notes while the fiery local pepper, siling labuyo adds a touch of heat and spice.

The Kurayoshi Pure Malt is aged for over 3 years in oak casks. It has a soft and refreshing fragrance of malted barley complimented by sweet and tart notes of rum raisins, malt and vanilla. The light finish is a reminder of Tottori’s pure spring water used during distillation.
