Produced in the heart of the Tottori region, in western Japan, the San-In Blended Whisky is a creation of the Kurayoshi distillery. A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.

In order to create this attractive presentation, the carafe is suspended in the spring from the branches of the apple tree as soon as the first little apples appear. The apple then grows inside the carafe. When the fruit becomes ripe, the carafe is removed from the tree with its apple held captive inside it.

Cihuatan Xaman, originating from El Paisnal, San Salvador, El Salvador, is a 16-year-old rum with 40% Alc./Vol., aged for 15 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then finished for 1 year in Mayan ceiba casks. At the heart of every bottle of Cihuatán Xaman lies the Sleeping Woman, a Mayan goddess and guardian of the Cihuatán valley. Legend has it that, under the veil of the night, the Sleeping Woman would search for the brightest star in the sky. It was Xaman, the god of the North Star.

HEE JOY JAMAICA 2008 celebrates the magnificent terroir of Jamaica. This exceptional rum comes from a long fermentation and is entirely distilled in pot stills. It is then aged in bourbon casks for 10 years, reduced, and bottled in our cellars in Chevanceaux, in the Cognac region. A remarkable signature of the greatest Jamaican rum masters, enhanced by the expertise of Hedonits Spirits.
