TASTING NOTES
NOSE: The nose opens with characteristic Caol Ila notes: an enticing blend of peaty smoke, fresh lime, and sea brine. As the aroma evolves, subtle touches of vanilla and warm spices emerge, creating a rich and complex bouquet.
PALATE: On the palate, this whisky reveals a savory complexity with nuances of smoked mackerel and hemp rope, enriched by a delicate smoke of bacon. Touches of citrus seaweed and oysters harmoniously blend with notes of caramel and sticky gingerbread, while the soft, mellow oak adds extra depth.
FINISH: The finish is long and warm, lingering with notes of peat, caramel, and a slight salinity. Accents of peat ash and a slight dryness at the end prolong the sensory experience, inviting another sip.

The Kurayoshi Pure Malt 2026 Horse Edition is part of the Zodiac series from the Kurayoshi distillery. This edition is entirely dedicated to the horse, one of the twelve symbols of the Chinese zodiac, which represents freedom, vitality, and energy. Kurayoshi Pure Malt Whisky are exceptional Japanese whiskies produced by the Matsui distillery. Located in Tottori, a coastal prefecture in the south of Honshu, known for its dunes, whiskies from the Matsui distillery are characterized by aging using the pure underground waters of Mount Daisen.
Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.
Aromas of mulled wine and dark chocolate lead, while on the palate there are notes of spiced mead with cranberry and an underlying fresh citrus in the form of grapefruit. Light tannin and sugared almonds linger on the finish.
A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak casks.
Bladnoch 14y is the 14 year-old version of the Bladnoch's single cask. It is Non-chill filtered single cask. Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022.
Matured in an ex red wine hogshead for sweet and dry notes.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
