GlenAllachie 2012 Wine Cask Finish "Cuvée 9Y"

This deliciously fruity whisky enjoyed initial maturation in premium American oak ex-Bourbon barrels for over 8 years. Adding further complexity, the spirit was then transferred into specially elected Moscatel casks for a finishing period of over 42 months. A particularly aromatic dessert wine produced in Portugal, these Moscatel barriques offer up floral aromas, coupled with a silky-smooth mouthfeel. Delivering distinctive notes of tart fruit and rich toffee, this bronzed malt is one to be savoured.

Don Papa Baroko rum is distilled from locally produced molasses, on the island of Negros. It is then aged for several years in American oak barrels, then blended by the cellar master to ensure consistency over the years. to ensure consistency over the years.

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. Sérum Mamie is an intense smooth blend of Panamanian dark aged rums with cocoa, vanilla and toffee.
