Using only the highest quality 12 year old malt and grain whiskies from select distilleries in Scotland, and matured in the finest sherry and bourbon casks, Black Bull 12 is blended to a formula of 50% malt to 50% grain whisky, and bottled at 50% abv (100 US proof), for a full-on flavour experience which will rampage all over your senses. This robust but versatile blend can be served neat, with water, or as a component of cocktails.

Génépi liqueur 1821 is one of Dolin’s flagship products. This famous plant, emblematic of the Alps, grows above 1800 meters in altitude, among rocks and snowfields. Based on an original recipe written 200 years ago, our liqueur combines floral and herbal flavors with the elegant character of a premium spirit. The sprig of génépi slipped into the bottle slowly infuses the golden-green liquid, releasing its aromas—an herbalist’s secret that enhances its character and makes it an exceptional mountain spirit.

The Big Smoke was created to blend malt whiskies from some of the Scotland's most iconic distilleries, and to bottle it in its most rugged form. The auburn hue of this whisky comes directly from its passage through the 228-liter barrels that formerly housed the Pinot Noir from Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.
