TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: Upon opening, this rum reveals a rich and spicy nose dominated by notes of black pepper and roasted coffee beans. A subtle smoky hint accompanies this first impression, followed by softer aromas of vanilla and macerated cherry. An intriguing aromatic complexity that promises a tasting full of surprises.
PALATE: The palate is smooth and round, with an explosion of brandied cherries and stewed fruits, supported by elegant notes of vanilla and brown sugar. A slightly woody dimension develops mid-palate, enhancing the sense of depth and sophistication. The overall experience is harmonious and perfectly balanced, with aromatic richness that reflects its oak barrel aging.
