Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic, tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild coastal forages. Le Savanna Lontan 57% is a unique Grand Arôme white rum, produced on the island of Réunion by the Savanna distillery. A true concentrate of character, this rum results from an exceptionally long fermentation (six days compared to two to three for a classic rum), giving it a rare aromatic intensity. Distilled in a copper column, it reveals an explosive profile where overripe fruits mingle with notes of brined olives and iodized accents. Its ester content, an indicator of its aromatic power, varies depending on the batches, each produced in a limited edition.
