The Botran Rare Vintage ‘French Wine Cask’ is a true work of art in the world of rums.
Born from the subtle marriage between tradition and innovation, this rum stands out with a dynamic aging process unique to the Solera method, where rums aged 8 to 25 years come together to offer a unique tasting experience.
This precious Guatemalan nectar first matured in American bourbon barrels, then was refined in French wine casks, giving it a rich and complex aromatic palette.

A smoky, peated, ex-bourbon cask, single malt from mainland Australia’s oldest whisky distillery. Founded in 1999, Bakery Hill Distillery is run by ex-High School chemistry teacher David and his son Andrew. Family run, small batch, with a focus on quality over quantity. It was established to prove a point - that great single malt whiskies could be made outside of Scotland, and specifically in Australia. Bakery Hill buck the trend of many wine-cask driven Australian whiskies, favouring predominantly ex-bourbon barrels.
These allow for a longer maturation, without the spirit becoming overwhelmed by the hot temperatures and cask influence.

Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.

The Sortilège Blueberries is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup, enhanced by the delicious flavors of the famous wild blueberries from the Lac Saint-Jean region. The result is a remarkably refined liqueur that is both fruity and slightly sweet. It is best enjoyed chilled, on ice, and its richness also lends itself to coffee and cocktails. You can also serve it on its own as the perfect conclusion to an excellent meal. Sortilège is crafted from an original recipe by the descendants of Quebec's first settlers, who brought the whisky-making techniques of the New World and added a local native ingredient, maple syrup, to create a truly unique spirit.

TASTING NOTES : NOSE: From the opening, a captivating aroma of sandalwood and cinnamon emerges, accompanied by gentle spices that awaken the senses. A delicate floral touch, dominated by elderflower, hints at an intense and refined tasting experience. PALATE: On the palate, the power asserts itself while maintaining admirable harmony. The spices from the nose reappear brilliantly, enhanced by a persistent floral touch. The high alcohol content (62.5%) is perfectly integrated, offering a controlled intensity that never overwhelms the palate but structures it elegantly. FINISH: The finish is long and expressive, marked by toasted and subtle notes reminiscent of 75% intense cocoa. A roasted and delicately bitter sensation extends the experience, leaving an indelible memory.

This whisky was distilled on on 26th March 2010 and aged in a single ex-PX Sherry cask #804032 for 13 years.
