Grappa made from a single grape variety with a fine and elegant aroma and an intense, dry flavor. It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 225-liter oak barrels for a period of at least 36 months, during which the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the fragrances and aromas to achieve optimal balance.
