Eiko means "glory" in Japanese. Produced on the island of Hokkaido, Eiko is a vodka obtained through the distillation of cane molasses and benefits throughout the process from the exceptional quality of Hokkaido’s waters. With Eiko, you experience the full extent of Japanese expertise in filtration through sand and charcoal.

The uniqueness of this limited edition lies in its deep blue bottle, made from recycled glass waste, paying tribute to the artist Yves Klein.

Tomatin 12 Y is smooth and silky, after having been aged in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks. A rich and fruity aroma is the prelude to the sweet flavors of ripe apples, pears and a subtle hint of nuts. Pleasantly oily finish.

Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.

If it is close to its Scottish cousins in many respects, this version also knows how to stand back in order to better assert its origins. Its particularly original and even surprising aromatic palette is already a pretext for discovery.

In the whisky that made Cu Bocan's name, light smoke intertwines with rich citrus and exotic spices. Subtly smoky, surprisingly sweet, it opens up the world of lightly peated whisky.
