Sérum Mamie is an intense smooth blend of Panamanian dark aged rums with cocoa, vanilla and toffee.

To make this extraordinary gin, Glendalough forage wild botanicals in the Wicklow mountains all year round. Geraldine Kavanagh, our full time forager, brings the wild, fresh botanicals to the distillery within hours of foraging where small-batch slow-distillation is used to tease out the delicate botanical flavours. Glendalough Wild Botanical Irish Gin serves the taste of 'a year in every bottle' and perfectly captures a place in time, with four seasons of foraging in wild Wicklow encapsulated in each bottle.

ABK6 Honey Cognac is elegant and subtle, expressing floral tones from both honey and Cognac: jasmine, violet, honeysuckle, and rose petals. This is followed by warm and delicate sensations of spices and candied oranges. These aromas blend with woody vanilla and caramel.

Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Xibal Gin is a drink distilled through a copper alembic, in the presence of natural botanicals such as juniper roots, pericón, fennel, coriander, and spices such as black pepper, lemon, laurel, cardamomo, pericon and orange. All under the strictest quality controls, which guarantee the highest purity.

Award: Gin of the Year 2023 Gold Medal.

Unchill-filtered, natural colour. Brewed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site:
• Organic malted barley.
• Brewed with Vercors spring water.
• Distilled at 50°C in a low-pressure still designed by the by the distiller.
• Aged for 3 years in oak barrels in the gentle atmosphere of an old Vercors silkworm nursery.
