Miracielo is produced by hand using the original La Antigua Guatemala recipe from 1953, in small batches.
During the ageing process, fresh plums, sultanas and vanilla are added by hand, macerating and giving it its unique aromatic profile. Symbolising its artisanal, hand-made profile, the leather collar that adorns its neck is also handmade.

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. To extract all the delicate aromas from elderflower blossoms, the production of Merlet's Efferlet follows a precise process. First, the flowers are infused in hot water; once the tisane is cooled, it is stabilized with fine alcohol. This is followed by blending with fruit infusions (pear and lychee macerated in fine alcohol).
