The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.

Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin offers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from fragrant, wild rock samphire. The Kurayoshi Pure Malt 2026 Horse Edition is part of the Zodiac series from the Kurayoshi distillery. This edition is entirely dedicated to the horse, one of the twelve symbols of the Chinese zodiac, which represents freedom, vitality, and energy. Kurayoshi Pure Malt Whisky are exceptional Japanese whiskies produced by the Matsui distillery. Located in Tottori, a coastal prefecture in the south of Honshu, known for its dunes, whiskies from the Matsui distillery are characterized by aging using the pure underground waters of Mount Daisen.
