This 2023 release, Woodland Candy, will transport you to the ancient mossy woodlands of the wild west coast. It's the first time Nc'nean have launched a whisky which features O special four yeast recipe. The introduction of red and white wine yeasts add O riot of flavour and aroma, reminiscent of our home on the wild and magical west coast of Scotland.

This 100% organic spirit is distilled with a unique combination of classic gin botanicals and local Scottish botanicals to create a rich, floral spirit. Perfect with a tonic or in any classic gin cocktail. Our ten botanicals are a blend of traditional gin flavours with locally foraged botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, chamomile, grapefruit, bog myrtle, thyme, sorrel, heather.

The Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Batch BU06 embodies the excellence of sustainable distillation in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Crafted from organic Scottish barley, this unique whisky reflects Nc'nean distillery's environmental commitment, with a reduced carbon footprint and production fully powered by renewable energy. Its rich and enticing aromatic profile, marked by notes of fruits and spices, will delight enthusiasts seeking authenticity and innovation. At 46%, it boasts its natural color and retains its purity, unchillfiltered.

This whisky is made from organic Scottish barley whose natural yields and rich soils contribute depth of flavour. The gentle fermentation and distillation accentuate the delicate, fruity flavours in the spirit. Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks, to develop our spirit’s signature body and sweetness.
