Since 1845, Isautier has been perpetuating the rum tradition in Reunion Island.

Round and delicately iodized, they combine the greediness of pastry notes, aromatic freshness and complexity, thanks to the slow and controlled toasting of the barrels.

|TASTING NOTES|

• Nose
The nose is greedy, complex, with scents of fresh fruit and vanilla. Delicately toasted, it also reveals notes of honey and dried fruits.

• Palate
Round and mellow in the mouth, very light notes of beechnut mingle with exotic flavors.

• Finish
The aromatic freshness at the end of the tasting gives it its unique character.
