Discover the 2023 edition of Nc'nean Huntress, a true ode to nature and innovation. Created by Annabel Thomas, a pioneer of sustainable distillation and the first to achieve zero CO2 emissions in the UK, this second expression in the Huntress series embodies the perpetual quest for renewal. Inspired by Gaelic legends and the goddess of wild animals, Neachneohain, this spring edition reveals rich and aromatic flavors, blending wild berries, creamy caramel, and herbal spices.

Founded by Annabel Thomas, the independent Nc'nean distillery opened its doors in 2017 on the west coast of Scotland.

With the mission of producing organic and eco-friendly whisky, Nc'nean stands out for its sustainable and innovative approach. Using only organic Scottish barley and red and white wine yeasts, every step of production is designed to minimize environmental impact. The facilities run on renewable energy, and 99.97% of waste is recycled.

Nc'nean embodies a "slow whisky" philosophy, where patience is key: a 114-hour fermentation, careful maturation in red wine and bourbon casks, every detail is meticulously orchestrated to produce a unique, rich, and deep spirit.
