AnCnoc is a rather curious whisky. This fine single malt is created using traditional production methods. The Kurayoshi Pure Malt is aged for over 3 years in oak casks. It has a soft and refreshing fragrance of malted barley complimented by sweet and tart notes of rum raisins, malt and vanilla. The light finish is a reminder of Tottori’s pure spring water used during distillation.

This 2023 release, Woodland Candy, will transport you to the ancient mossy woodlands of the wild west coast. It's the first time Nc'nean have launched a whisky which features O special four yeast recipe. The introduction of red and white wine yeasts add O riot of flavour and aroma, reminiscent of our home on the wild and magical west coast of Scotland.

Maguey tobala (Agave potatorum) grows wildly at high altitudes and it is often cultivated as well. Its relatively minuscule size yields extremely limited quantities of intensely aromatic mezcal. Due to its tiny size and long growing period (12-15 years), Maguey tobalá is becoming increasingly rare in some regions. Unlike most other maguey, tobala does not produce hijuelos, which are the shoots or pups that sprout around the main plant once it has matured. For this reason, tobala can only grow from seed. Towns like Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca have two different types of Maguey tobala: tobala chino which grows in the sun, and tobala orejon which grows in the shade.
