Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.

Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee. The rum is aged using the solera process for aging spirits, in which barrels containing older spirits are “topped off” and married with younger spirit from other barrels as the angel’s share takes its toll. Afterwards the rums blended are aged again in Single Malt Scotch Whisky oak barrels for at least 6 months. By the time, the rum is bottled. “Rum Cañero Finnished Malt Scotch Whisky” has been created personally by the great RUM MASTER JUAN ALBERTO ALVAREZ, professional with huge experience on the Rum Art, which has been developed among very well known distilleries throughout all Caribbean.
