Au double vieillissement en fûts de teck et de chêne americain (ex bourbons) s’ajoute une annee de vieillissement supplementaire en fûts de merisier qui apporte des arômes de miel et de griottes.

Distilled in columns in the province of Nakhon Pathom, southwest of BANGKOK, from molasses made from sugarcane grown in THAILAND, then aged for 12 years on site in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.

Produced in Thailand, the Siam 15 Year Old NAGA benefits from a dynamic 15-year ageing in a hot and humid climate, accelerating the interaction between the rum and the wood. This long ageing in bourbon barrels confers a remarkable complexity, where the sweetness of vanilla meets the depth of blond tobacco and sweet spices. A symbol of Asian know-how, it stands out as one of the jewels of the NAGA house.

TASTING NOTES : NOSE: The nose is marked by captivating notes of raisins and vanilla, opening up to nuances of cooked sugar and caramel. A dark and thick molasses unfolds, enriched by touches of black licorice and coffee grounds. Roasted and grilled nuts add extra depth. PALATE : On the palate, the rum first reveals flavors of candied fruits and flambéed banana. Its smooth and sweet texture evolves into aromas of caramel, vanilla, and lightly cooked honey. Toasted notes blend with woody and moist impressions, almost evoking paper or wet cardboard. Light spices and a subtle cereal note remind of a soft bread. And it's this color, DEEP PURPLE, that is brought out by the year and a half spent in XEREZ - PEDRO JIMENEZ casks by our 10-year-old rum from Thailand. More than a finishing touch, it's an additional ageing process that brings out all the sweetness and aromas of this magnificent Spanish wine.

Xila Extra Spicy is a Mexican liqueur produced in an artisanal manner, crafted from young espadin mezcal and infused with a blend of 7 Mexican chilies, ataulfo mango, tamarind, and orange peel, sweetened with piloncillo.
