Naga Rum 15Y

SHANI in Thai means purple, and is also the color of Saturday in Thailand. And it's this color, DEEP PURPLE, that is brought out by the year and a half spent in XEREZ - PEDRO JIMENEZ casks by our 10-year-old rum from Thailand. More than a finishing touch, it's an additional ageing process that brings out all the sweetness and aromas of this magnificent Spanish wine.

ABK6 Honey Cognac is elegant and subtle, expressing floral tones from both honey and Cognac: jasmine, violet, honeysuckle, and rose petals. This is followed by warm and delicate sensations of spices and candied oranges. These aromas blend with woody vanilla and caramel.

Sortilège Wild Blueberry is a Canadian whisky liqueur with maple syrup to which the delicious flavours of the famous wild blueberries from Lac Saint-Jean have been added. The result is a liqueur of remarkable finesse, both fruity and slightly sweet. It is enjoyed chilled, on the rocks, and its richness also lends flavour to coffee and cocktails. You can also serve it neat to conclude an excellent meal. Sortilège is crafted from an original recipe by the descendants of the first settlers of Quebec, who brought New World whisky-making techniques and added a local native ingredient, maple syrup, to create an entirely unique new spirit.

A true flagship of the Foursquare distillery: Doorly's XO Gold is an exceptional rum, aged between six and twelve years in bourbon casks and then finished for several months in Oloroso sherry casks.

This double aging process gives this rum remarkable complexity and depth, appealing to both whiskey and cognac enthusiasts.

Cihuatan 12 Years Cinabrio is an exceptional rum from El Salvador, carefully crafted from cane syrup and molasses.
Its name, "Cinabrio," is inspired by cinnabar, a red mineral used by the Mayans to honor their sun god, Kinich Ahau.
This rum has aged for at least 12 years in the cellars of Licorera Cihuatan, in American oak barrels that previously contained bourbon.
The rich history and artisanal production method of this rum make it a true celebration of Mayan culture and Salvadoran craftsmanship.
