Merlet’s Soeur Cerise reinvents a great classic, Cherry Brandy. The Merlets source different varieties of cherries, including Morellos, for their wide aromatic range. This liqueur is produced using various traditional methods. The cherries are first soaked in pure alcohol to extract all their flavours, then pressed and filtered.

This late-night expression is rich and autumnal, developed and amplified to unexpected heights, while staying perfectly balanced and closely tied to the bright and fruity character of the Distillery.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). Finlaggan Old Reserve is a peated single malt whisky from an undisclosed distillery on Islay. Bottled by Vintage Malt, it is a whisky with saline and smoky notes.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.
