Issuing from a meticulous selection of Caribbean rums, Gun’s Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux following a traditional artisanal method. It then undergoes a 4 to 6-month aging process in oak barrels (depending on the weather) to develop woody notes, vanilla, dried nuts, roasted almonds, and smoky accents. Gun’s Bell reveals powerful and indulgent aromas, releasing an incomparable flow of flavors with both fruity and smoky notes.

For centuries the stormy waters of the Atlantic Ocean has not only shaped the character of the people of Islay but also the character of their famous whiskies. In many ways this fine malt mirrors the character of Islay people – strong yet gentle, warm yet mellow, but with a maturity beyond its years. Limoncino Riviera dei Limoni Issued from the traditional recipe of the Riviera dei Limoni on Lake Garda, this sweet yet bold liqueur is made from lemon peel extracts.

Since 2015, Merlet Saintonge Blackcurant liqueur (Crème de cassis de Saintonge) holds the Geographical Indication status, in recognition of a unique 30-years expertise in growing blackcurrants and turning them into liqueur. The Charentais terroir imparts unique properties to the Noir de Bourgogne variety, naturally rustic, and limits its yields.

La Fabrique de l'Arrangé N°05 is an arranged rum produced in Île-de-France by Tricoche Spirits. In this recipe made with AOC Martinique agricultural rum, the roundness of Kent mango and the sweetness of dried apricot are enhanced by a hint of thyme flower.

Cihuatan Xaman, originating from El Paisnal, San Salvador, El Salvador, is a 16-year-old rum with 40% Alc./Vol., aged for 15 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then finished for 1 year in Mayan ceiba casks. At the heart of every bottle of Cihuatán Xaman lies the Sleeping Woman, a Mayan goddess and guardian of the Cihuatán valley. Legend has it that, under the veil of the night, the Sleeping Woman would search for the brightest star in the sky. It was Xaman, the god of the North Star.

Merlet’s Crème de Framboise (Raspberry liqueur) guarantee consistent quality. Thanks to their position as currant growers and winemakers, the Merlets are able to exchange with their partner producers and call on their own expertise to select fruits of optimal ripeness.
