Chopin Rye Organic is made from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from a single local farm near our distillery. It is handcrafted in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques and strict requirements for eco-friendly processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on the property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.
NOTES DE TASTING:
NOSE: Bright notes of roasted organic pumpernickel.
PALATE: Medium body with medium acidity.
FINISH: Crisp with a persistent herbal freshness of bell pepper leaves and thyme.
