After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh mountain spring water added, giving this gin its fresh taste

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Elegant and floral, marked by the softness of sakura and the freshness of yuzu, subtly lifted by a delicate herbal note.

PALATE Delicate and well-balanced. The floral opening of the sakura harmonizes with citrus fruits and bitter orange peel, while licorice and coriander seeds add a subtle complexity.

FINISH Airy and refined, with lingering floral notes and a touch of zesty freshness, leaving a soft and harmonious impression.
