A tonic minerality that reflects the terroir of the Vercors and marks the 10th anniversary of the Distillery in 2023. Its distinctiveness: maturation in new acacia casks. Slightly salty notes accompany hints of fresh malt, acacia flowers, and spices (grey pepper, sweet paprika).

Produced from 100% French malted barley. Double distilled in the Charentais abysses of the Merlet distillery, then matured in association with new and old French oak barrels. The result is a delicious, round, fruity and floral whisky with spicy notes. "Coperies" means "harvest" in an ancient local French dialect.
