Brewed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site:

Expresses all the complexity and delicacy of low-temperature distillation. Powerful notes of fresh malt combined with subtle hints of dried flowers and white fruit (pear, quince). Precise and smooth on the palate, with a touch of honey and a hint of saltiness.
