TASTING NOTES
COLOUR A straw yellow colour with subtle golden highlights.
NOSE A subtle cocktail of dried flowers, sweet spices and acacia honey. After shaking, notes of fresh bread and precious wood appear.
PALATE On the palate, there is a fine balance between structure, smoothness and aromatic profile. After a few minutes' aeration, dried flower aromas compete with the flavours of fresh bread and honey.
FINISH A long, aromatic finish with mineral and tonic accents. Conclusion Seductive, clean and with great aromatic precision, the first Whisky from the Distillerie du Vercors imposes its style. A benchmark!
