Doorly's 14 Year Old is an exceptional rum from the renowned Foursquare distillery located on the sunny beaches of Barbados. Carefully aged in Bourbon and Madeira casks, this rum embodies the perfect balance between refinement and aromatic intensity. A single grape Grappa with an intense aroma and considerable sensory impact, with a very harmonious taste sensation.
It is obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Gewürztraminer pomace in a discontinuous alembic, then aged in small 1,000-liter oak barrels for at least 36 months. During this period, the master distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking the scents and aromas to achieve optimal balance.

A 2015 addition to the Finlaggan range, named Eilean Mor (those of you that know about Islay's geography will be familiar with that name). This expression has been bottled at a slightly higher strength than other Finlaggan release (not including the Cask Strength, of course). ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
