Sequoia Whisky Single Malt Signature Bio

Produced from 100% French malted barley. Double distilled in the Charentais abysses of the Merlet distillery, then matured in association with new and old French oak barrels. The result is a delicious, round, fruity and floral whisky with spicy notes. "Coperies" means "harvest" in an ancient local French dialect.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE The nose is floral and fruity

PALATE The mouth is spicy.
