Palo Cortado is the rarest style of Sherry that combines the dryness of Fino with the nutty and darker fruit characteristics of Oloroso. It develops when the ‘flor’ yeast layer naturally dies on a wine that was initially intended to become a Fino. Using puncheons and hogshead casks that previously held this exceptional Sherry, the spirit develops a beautifully layered character, with notes of ripe plums, dark mocha and warming cinnamon spice. We proudly present The Wood Collection at a high strength of 48% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing ethe unique character to shine through.

Crafted with meticulous precision, Master Distiller Billy Walker carefully selected four exceptional cask types from an enviable inventory to be bottled as The GlenAllachie 1990, 35-year-old Cask Strength: Mizunara virgin oak, American virgin oak, Oloroso Sherry, and Pedro Ximénez Sherry. This single malt showcases the rare use of Mizunara virgin oak, a prized Japanese wood sourced from 200-year-old trees. By harmonising Mizunara with three iconic and timehonoured cask types, this masterful malt creates a symphony of flavours, balancing warm spice, luscious dried fruit, creamy vanilla, and rich molasses into a refined and full-bodied expression.

The fifth release in our experimental Huntress series, inspired by the Gaelic goddess Neachneohain, our namesake and guiding star who was known as a huntress and for walking her own path. This series is all about that ethos, about discovery, innovation and our ongoing pursuit of unique flavours in whisky making. This release, Malted Teacake, is a fermentation experiment that takes inspiration from Scotch Whisky’s past. The malty, creamy notes come from our use of a yeast strain typically used in the brewing of Belgian ales. When matured in our house style casks, the result is a buttery, jammy whisky with a touch of minerality. We find we taste flavours of freshly baked cake, fig marmalade and hot buttered toast. Sea Salt Yuzushu 13% 720 ml
Yuzushu literally means "yuzu alcohol" in Japanese. Sea Salt Yuzushu is produced by the Kitajima brewery on a sake base, to which fresh yuzu juice and sea salt are added. Founded in 1805 in the village of Hari, Shiga Prefecture, the distillery has possessed recognized expertise in premium sakes for over 200 years. The association of sake, fresh Japanese yuzu juice, and sea salt creates a remarkable beverage with sweet and tangy notes. To be enjoyed neat on ice, with tonic, or in the Japanese fashion with hot water.

The next limited edition in the Tullibardine Marquess Collection is a 2013 Bourbon Cask Strength expression fully matured in first-filled bourbon barrels. The Marquess Collection, launched in 2016, is a nod to famous historical figures who bore the Marquess of Tullibardine title in Scotland for centuries, and the rich history of the Tullibardine region. The Murray name derives from the 2nd Marquess of Tullibardine, Sir William Murray, who fought for the Jacobites at the Battle of Sheriffmuir on the Ochil hills above the Tullibardine distillery.
