Santa Ana Florale is a seductive expression of 11 exquisite botanicals, with the iconic Ylang-Ylang flower at its heart. The original Santa Ana liquid has been enhanced to better satisfy gin & tonic lovers, with more pronounced notes of juniper and dalandan, a Filipino citrus fruit, all while preserving the Ylang-Ylang character. The result is a bold and voluptuous floral bouquet with every sip.

This annual celebration, dedicated to finding joy in the face of adversity, embodies the authentic soul of the Philippines. This premium edition is blended with a pot still infusion of tropical ingredients locally-sourced in the Philippines. Distilled at 40% ABV, Don Papa Masskara is a distinctly rich, sweet and citrus spiced creation, evoking the joyous nature of its namesake fiesta.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Châtaigne brunie.

PALATE: Pâtisseries cuites au four et caramel au beurre, suivis de fruits du verger au brandy, de tarte au cacao et à la mélasse, avec de la cannelle et du gingembre confit.

FINISH: Noisettes confites, épices à pâtisserie et sirop de prune, suivis d'orange cuite épicée, de glace à la vanille et de moka, avec du miel de manuka et de la confiture de figues.

The Knappogue Castle Cask Finish Series is a range of single malts finished in the finest wine casks. The Chateau Pichon Baron limited release is matured in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 years, then further aged in casks from the renowned Bordeaux winery. Made exclusively from malted barley, distilled in copper pot stills, this expression is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46%.
