Crafted with meticulous precision, Master Distiller Billy Walker carefully selected four exceptional cask types from an enviable inventory to be bottled as The GlenAllachie 1990, 35-year-old Cask Strength: Mizunara virgin oak, American virgin oak, Oloroso Sherry, and Pedro Ximénez Sherry. This single malt showcases the rare use of Mizunara virgin oak, a prized Japanese wood sourced from 200-year-old trees. By harmonising Mizunara with three iconic and timehonoured cask types, this masterful malt creates a symphony of flavours, balancing warm spice, luscious dried fruit, creamy vanilla, and rich molasses into a refined and full-bodied expression.

Sea Salt Yuzushu 13% 720 ml
Yuzushu literally means "yuzu alcohol" in Japanese. Sea Salt Yuzushu is produced by the Kitajima brewery on a sake base, to which fresh yuzu juice and sea salt are added. Founded in 1805 in the village of Hari, Shiga Prefecture, the distillery has possessed recognized expertise in premium sakes for over 200 years. The association of sake, fresh Japanese yuzu juice, and sea salt creates a remarkable beverage with sweet and tangy notes. To be enjoyed neat on ice, with tonic, or in the Japanese fashion with hot water.
