Cihuatán Viento is a Limited Edition rum inspired by the legend of Ehécatl, Mayan god of the wind. To honor this divine force, our Master Blender Gabriela Ayala selected ex-bourbon barrels and moved them to a special warehouse filled with the aromas of El Salvador: orange peel from the North, pineapple peel from the South, spices from the East, and balsam from the West. Over two years, the breath of Ehécatl gently infused these flavors into the rum, creating a legendary spirit that pays homage to the wind’s touch.

Cù Bòcan Creation #7 Single Malt is a bold and imaginative Highland whisky that showcases the distillery’s experimental spirit through an intriguing cask combination and lightly peated character. Crafted at the Tomatin Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, this limited edition single malt is matured in a marriage of Pineau des Charentes Rouge casks and virgin oak casks, resulting in a unique flavour profile that balances sweetness, spice and subtle smoke. The use of Pineau des Charentes Rouge, a fortified wine from western France, imparts vibrant fruit notes and a delicate richness, while virgin oak contributes depth and warming spice.

The Matusalem Enigma Gran Reserva 23 French Oak rum is the latest addition to Matusalem’s premium range. Their exceptional expertise in barrel ageing using the Solera method is fully expressed here. Throughout the 23 years of Solera ageing, only casks that previously held Bordeaux rum were used, giving this rum a silky texture, remarkable aromatic complexity and an unmatched richness of flavour.

Naga Rum 15Y
Produced in Thailand, the Siam 15 Year Old NAGA benefits from a dynamic 15-year ageing in a hot and humid climate, accelerating the interaction between the rum and the wood. This long ageing in bourbon barrels confers a remarkable complexity, where the sweetness of vanilla meets the depth of blond tobacco and sweet spices. A symbol of Asian know-how, it stands out as one of the jewels of the NAGA house.

Proudly distilled by the Kurayoshi distillery, located in Tottori Prefecture. This expression comes from a unique cask made of sakura wood (Japanese cherry tree), where the whisky is aged for six years. Every cask used is a single cask, ensuring a unique tasting experience marked by elegance and the delicacy of sakura, an iconic symbol of Japan. The singularity of sakura wood is expressed fully, offering floral, fruity notes with touches of vanilla, resulting in an exceptional sensory signature. Double distilled in Pot Still and aged in the mountains of Tottori, in a natural environment ideal for maturation. Reduced with spring water from Mount Daisen.

The Matsui Double Cask Single Malt is distilled by the Kurayoshi Distillery in Japan’s Tottori Prefecture. This unique expression results from a refined combination of Mizunara and Sakura casks, two emblematic Japanese woods. It elegantly marries the spicy depth of Mizunara oak with the floral delicacy of cherry wood, offering a subtle and nuanced sensory experience. Double distilled in pot stills and aged in the mountains of Tottori, an environment of pristine natural purity. Reduced with pure spring water from Mount Daisen.
