This Icons of Wales #13 Penderyn Bad Wolf is a 10-year-old whisky fully matured in Tawny Port pipes, which are very old and have held port for around 60 years.

Distilled in April 2008 at the Travellers Distillery, this Belizean terroir rum has undergone double maturation to achieve its unique character. Following 11 years of tropical aging in Belize, this rum benefited from a 6-year continental aging in Europe, resulting in perfect balance. Matured in Charred White Oak casks, this January 2026 bottling is presented in its most authentic expression: 59.9% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural color.

Art of Rum unveils its fourth exceptional batch, where the art of blending meets the creativity of artists. Born from the expertise of master blender Thierry Grondin and the artistic universe of Xandro, this aged rum embodies audacity. This new cuvée merges traditional rums aged in humid cellars, two 6-year-old rums aged in ex-cognac casks, a 9-year-old rum aged in ex-muscatel casks, and a "Herr" high ester rum distilled in a pot still in 2006, long rested in tanks before its 8-year aging shared between ex-cognac and ex-porto casks. Fresh and gourmand, this blend reveals intense tropical notes, fruit, and an elegant briny and woody complexity.

Yuzushu literally means "yuzu alcohol" in Japanese. Sea Salt Yuzushu is produced by the Kitajima brewery on a sake base, to which fresh yuzu juice and sea salt are added. Founded in 1805 in the village of Hari, Shiga Prefecture, the distillery has possessed recognized expertise in premium sakes for over 200 years. The association of sake, fresh Japanese yuzu juice, and sea salt creates a remarkable beverage with sweet and tangy notes.
